I am a totally rooky in cycling. I would like to buy a road/racing bike. I found a second hand one because I can not afford a new one. This is the configuration...

I might have confused some of the parts or mixed them up... Sorry for that

This guy asks 300 euros for the bike. Here is a photo with the bike. What do you think about this bike? Does it worth buying? The price is ok? I have no idea how old is the bike... maybe you can help me also with this.
