This bike has no serial #, only markings are Sears and MX13. It has 3 pedals (3rd is a brake). Can you help identify?

I think you already did identify it, it's a Sears BMX 13, it was a very low end childs bike

Probably difficult to find these days so it may be rare? but even if it is it won't demand much attention or money.
 
I'm not an expert on those types of bikes, but Sears has never had anything collectable after about 1963, before that they had some, and now rare, balloon tire bikes with headlights built into the frame and sorts of art deco features. But that particular bike you're showing was made very cheap and thus I can't imagine it being worth anything. I also been checking the internet for this bike and the only thing I could find of any significant information was a similar bike in a museum but that one was in like new condition.
