Many Doctors use a product called Seri-Phos. It is from the company Inter-Plexus Much cheaper than
PS and suppose to work very well.. I think you can purchase it from www.needs.com.. might want to
give it a try. Davis

But on the other hand, if you genuinely are run down, lethargic, fatigue, headache, digestive
problems, joint pains, depression, memory loss, irritability or allergies then maybe you need to
change your routine for a few weeks and maybe look at some echinacea, vit c and some multi vits with
probiotic bacteria, but avoid the ones with added sugar (yakult etc).

Cut back on the intensity of your traing and increase light stretching & mobility exercises,
combined with some relaxing yoga/pilates and self style Alaxander Techniques..(good breathing and
meditation) after all you know your body and its limitations, or at least, you should/ought to.

If problems persist, go see your GP or alternative health specialist..

Hope that helps and look after yourself..

ivan :)
