Poggio III vs. Specialized S-Works Boa

What would you say was the better shoe, the Poggio III or the S-Works Boa?

Forget the prices, I can get them for the same.

I can only offer an opinion on the Poggio's, I find them comfortable and well ventilated. I have wider than average feet and they seem to fit fine so if you have wide feet id say give them a go. Overall I am very happy with them.
