Points range

    How do you come up with a point number? is it a point for so many pounds current versus what you
    want to be. Is the point system different for men and women.

    Just Curious as to how the points stuff is figured.

    This chart shows the number of daily Target points based on weight for the
    USA FlexPoints plan.

    The number of points is based on how much you weigh now. As you lose weight, you also lose Target
    points. There is no difference in points for men & women.
