Train six days per week, one day rest. 200-300km per week
Would love to know how this compares to everybody else's results.
Note the exercise frequency level has a signifigant effect on the result, on switching it to "top" rather than "high" it jumped approx 10 points.
Get those results up. Best if preformed while lying down, just after waking in the morning.
