Hi, I have I think a A40 HRM, cost me around $240.
Anyway I have been using it for over a year now, but on this mornings ride I
saw something I have never seen before.
After the usual Total time, and calories and average HR, came up a "
Excellent Date 09/11/05" and Weight Index 52"

Whats this all mean as I have never seen this before?
Thanks

"Excellent Date" is a complement indicating you'd be a hit with the ladeez. It's a bit like the one someone left on my car the other day which said "Parking Fine" - that was nice of them.

Actually I've got no idea sorry :)

Maybe it's like a Google Bomb, but from someone who thought the events
of 9/11 were pretty special.

Ask Polar - they would have programmed it. Perhaps via their Aust agent
www.pursuit-performance.com.au .

Consider yourself fortunate, my HRM just says VERY POOR.

Have a look in your handbook, I know that some of the models have a
'motivation' function that displays messages motivating messages post
workout, sometimes you get a message, sometimes you don't.
