Just so you know, the police in Palos Verdes,
CA. have been on a serious ticketing tear recently. They
seem focused on speeding cars; but will not hesitate to
ticket Bicyclists who fail to "Obey all Bicycle Laws."
So, make sure you "STOP" at all stop signs..

I would happily put up with ticketing bikes that run stop
signs if the police also aggressively ticketed car speeding
and distracted driving on narrow roads.
In my area, the police crack down on speeders for about 1
week at the beginning of each school year, but then average
speed creeps up again until the next year.
