Poor US Cycling

Michael Ball will certainly be a regrettable side note in the development of
cycling in the USA. Anyone that gets their picture taken at a bike show
giving gang signs is hardly someone that is going to draw the best of
anything. In the end he'll have almost made it.

Any side bets?

on golf courses.

I bet that by the time white* boys are using gang signs they're so
mainstream that it's just plain stupid.
It's the same thing as a parent using teenage slang to improve
communication with their whelps.

Of course - that was my point. Being stupid seems to start at the top these
days. Reminds me of a company I worked for that had a new years party in
which all of the company officers were getting high. Then they couldn't
understand why all of the good people left the company.

My smartass answer would have been, "That must have left a lot of
extra work for you".

Or: "That must have left a lot of extra work that you couldn't do."
