  1. Porcini Phyllo Triangles

    Phyllo dough dried porcini mushrooms
    1/2 oz chopped ham 1 package cream cheese Black pepper to taste melted butter

    soak and chop the mushrooms , in a saute pan , saute the mushrooms with the ham in a little butter,
    when cool , mix all the ingredients with the cream cheese . preheat oven to 350 degrees butter
    phyllo dough strips ( 1-2 inches wide) , about 3-4 strips thick . place about one heaping teaspoon
    of mushroom/cheese filling on buttered phyllo dough , and fold them into triangle shapes , and bake
    till golden brown.

    Sorry I don't have exact measurements ....but at home I never measure nothing . Bright Days , & Good
