So i'm starting to notive that I think that my position on the bike is not correct or at least not optimized. I used to work at a bike shop where we used the simple "front hub blocked by handlebar while in the drops" method. For me the hub is about a hub's width and a tad foward, beyond m handlebar. I just would like to know if this is one effective way to determine the most effecient riding position and what are some others. Links to pics or diagrams would be great.

Okay, I'm going to try this one more time tonight. Hopefully it will work. Sorry if I am actually triple posting, but I keep getting a "This page cannot be displayed" whenever I submit my reply.

It seems like you need to move your saddle back or get a longer stem. The drops/hub is only a very rough approximation. I'll get with the better methods later.
