In terms of saddle positioning, which sign usually is a slight pain behind
the thigh (if I am not wrong, the femural biceps) after a long rides?
Moreover, the pain is much more sensible from the right thigh; is it
possible it results from leg asymmetries?
To provide some truly kind consultant with data, my sheet is: I am 51, long
rides devoted, tall cm 1.74 (5' 8"😉 with inseam of cm 81.3 (2' 8"😉, however
according to normal anthropometric common parameters, my lower leg (tibial)
is cm 2 (25/32) shorter than expected based on the rest of the body: in
short, I am normal from forehead up to the knee, as if I were tall cm 1.76
(5' 9"😉, but shin-bone pays 2 cm to my actual talness. This assumption
helped me in working to (apparently) set my today positioning: BB
spindle-saddle cm 71.8 (2' 4"😉, vertical line by saddle point-BB cm 6.2 (2"
7/16) , handlebar-saddle point cm. 56 (1' 10", this latest measure leaves
the hub behind the handlebar projection from eyes when the hands are on
drops).
Many thanks for suggestions, remarks, blames, reviews.
