There are a few leftovers. We gave all the turkey away. Kept some of the
ham. Actually, the fridge is kind of bare. What I do have left is ham <by
my own design>. Steven is working all weekend so I'll make my infamous ham
and mac 'n cheese bake. Before ya'll get started I'm not using my beloved
Kraft boxed stuff.
I'll boil elbows
dice the ham and add a cheese sauce <made with my own 2 hands and cheddar>
I'm going to put some green onion in it
Bake around 350 for an hour but check every 30 minutes.
I have a gallon of turkey stock but I'll freeze it.
Gawd, there isn't even any green bean casserole left. I ate most of it
last night. The kitchen is filling up. The damned drains in both sinks
clogged. We have tried everything but a plumber is coming tomorrow.
Steven called one he *knows* which means the plumber will not. Until then,
the kitchen sits.
Michael <- wants oysters today but too lazy to go out for them
