Potato Supreme

2 pound bag frozen, diced hash browns
1 medium onion, diced fine
1/4 cup margarine
4 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Thaw potatoes. Toss with onion and melted margarine. Blend cheese, sour
cream, and soup together. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Place in Lightly
greased rectangular casserole. Cover with 2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
tossed with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Bake at 350 . Cover with foil the
first 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 20-25 minutes more.
