The cumulative season’s data had him starting the day with a CTL of 154 TSS/d, an ATL of 115 TSS/d, and a positive TSB of 39

I've stopped racing this year but, when trying to peak I felt great with a TSB of about half that, of course my CTL never reached about half of his either.
