I have been chatting with Ric about the use of power cranks in training and would like to find out more. Also some of my training budies are in a similar position. I know that there have been links posted in some of the threads, but I would be grateful if people could compile useful links on training with power meters here.

    Thanks 2LAP

As well as cranks (www.srm.de) there's also hubs (www.power-tap.com) and chain instrumentation (www.polar.fi).

There's a variety of info out there, and in no particular order:

A fantastic wealth of knowledge in terms of physiological mechanisms related to power, and plenty of stats too

I'll probably come up with some more later!
