power profiling accuracy

hi, i was wondering how accurate/up to date this power profile, in the cyclingpeaks software is. i just got a powertap pro and my numbers are quite high according to it, i think. ive been racing for 1.5 years, and just got my 2 upgrade.

weight: 65kg

5s: 1290 (19.85w/kg)
5min: 360 (5.5w/kg)
20min: 295 (4.5w/kg)
