Power Tab hub between SRAM Rival and Shimano Ultegra

I bought a Power Tap hub that I use with a SRAM Rival cassette. I'm about to get a new bike with Shimano Ultegra. Will this Power Tab hub work with that Ultegra cassette as well? I believe the two both use the same standard, but I thought I would ask the experts here.

They are the same. My son has Rival on his cross bike and Ultegra on his road bike and switched wheels and cassettes all the time.
