Sorry if this is a stupid question, can you use 2 rear wheels with power tap on one bike frame/computer? I have a pro tap and I want to upgrade a set of race wheels to the carbon SL's. Can I interchange the 2 wheels on 1 bike and not have a problem with data registering on the computer?

Yes. There may be a need to move the rear receiver slightly if switching between an SL and a non SL wheel. Some older receivers are not compatible with the SL. Contact Graber for details, or someone here, Ric? may know the details off the top of their head.

You may need to update the wheel rollout when changing wheels/ if different tires if you want absolutely accurate distance/speed.

You will also need to check and possible set the zero offset on each ride - you should be doing this already even with only one wheel. Different wheels will probably have slightly different zero offsets.
