Prefer power on high cadence in climbing

Hi all,
although it is not the most recommended approach, I tend to use more power
in long climbs (lower cadence)
I am able to sustain a reasonable speed by peddaling in ~ 70 rpm, and I'm sort of afraid that in higher cadence I might go to too high heart bit and will not handle the climb..
Any professional / exeperience based recommendations ?
Thanks

Maybe I am just a weakling, but I find I can go up the hill much faster when I keep the cadence in the mid eighties or even higher. I just put a FSA 50/34 compact carbon crank on my bike and I found that with the extra low gearing, I actually motor up the hills faster than the others I ride with who usually keep up or pass me on the hills. On the longer climbs (+ 1mile) I just simply blew them away. Again, this is only in comparison to how I did prior with a 53/39, and had to slogg up the hills.
