All of a sudden, I am getting blisters on the insides of my arches. This is with shoes that I have been running with since April, with no problems until now. I just can't get rid of them. I just sat out two week to let them go away, and first run, and they are back again!
What do other people do to handle blisters? I can't afford to keep taking time out.
