Problems with headset

    Does anyone this type of headset and how to thighten it?

    Based on the pic I'd say it's a threaded headset w/o a locknut.
    Ideally you'd use a pin spanner to tighten the lower section of the top left item, then lock in position by tightening the Allen screw.

    Agreed. If not internally threaded it is probably held in compression by a star nut or compressor plug.
