    Job Summary
    The Product Marketing Manager designs, develops, implements and coordinates integrated marketing plans and key elements of product media portfolios for our products, promotions and special programs.​ This position oversees numerous projects which include activities that address specific marketing needs and long-term activities designed to enhance our targeted marketing capabilities, customer interest and sales growth.​ The Product Manager is in an extremely, customer-focused area and requires a positive individual that can manage the development and execution of high performing marketing programs and materials.​

    Essential Functions:
    • Designs and develops marketing materials, communications and other required product information from conceptual stages through implementation stages.​
    • Implements brand management strategies to actively engage existing and potential customers.​
    • Develops key marketing elements to support existing products, product enhancements and new product launches.​
    • Transforms marketing plans into viable and impactful product presentations.​
    • Applies multiple approaches to develop, lead and execute marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives and maintain a competitive advantage.​
    • Works closely with external marketing partners and cross functional teams on the commercialization of products.​
    • Performs and interprets marketing research as required.​
    • Reviews the marketing plan for appropriate media mix which yields optimum results.​
    • Continually maintains a thorough knowledge of all company products, catalog contents and promotional items.​
    • Prepares and presents product presentations and reports for management, sales and other business-related audiences.​

    Education and Training:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or an equivalent combination of education, training and related experience required.​
    • Minimum five to seven (5-7) years experience in developing and managing product marketing initiatives required.​
    • Previous experience in creative/​marketing services desirable.​
    • Knowledge of sports and the associated equipment used for each sport is preferred.​
    • Working knowledge of marketing practices and principles desirable.​
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint.​
    • Basic knowledge of Java Script, Photoshop, etc.​
