    Hello group

Anyone know a program for my pc where I can put in the data from my speedometer (like total
distance, time etc) everyday and get some data out on how good I'm doing, better, worse and so on
    total distance etc

Also interested in tips on WebPages with info on this and exercise in general (I'm not a
professional just have a good time on a trip everyday )

    Thanks in advance

    Fred
