Anyone out there wear a mouthguard while cycling? I'm thinking of wearing one on rides when I'm wearing my normal helmet instead of my full-facer. Anyone know how effective wearing a mouthguard would be going face-first into a tree? Mouthguards are really cheap but is it woth it? Would a mouthguard still be of use even wearing a full face helmet? Also any opinions on the best shinguards? A couple of years ago I couldn't afford the 661 guards I wanted so I tried a pair of Sondico Coolmax football shinguards instead. They've been great and are really comfortable and protective but I'm ready for an upgrade. Any thoughts on the most protective and comfortable shinguards out there at the moment?
