Race director welcomes globalisation of cycling

The push to expand cycling internationally gathered momentum recently with the news that Washington is a possible contender to host the start of the 2012 Giro d’Italia. Now, Tour de France director Christian Prudhomme has confirmed that Qatar and Tokyo are amongst those chasing what could be the first-ever Tour start outside Europe.

We have ... but pro-riders would throw down too much litter on snow, so it will be delayed for 20 years until global warming melt down more ice.

There is very few chance to have a start in Tokyo or Qatar... only if ASO were close of bankruptcy.

The Antarctic sovereignty is not internationally recognised...
... but France does have a dependancy on slacking off when it comes to work and excels in selling nuclear technology to prohibited countries.

They do claim to have that place where the March of the Penguins was made. Not sure if the team mechanics want to wash all the penguin sh1t out of the tires 'n gears though.

They should start it down your neck of the wood Classo - Wallace and Futuna. They should nick the Wallace and Grommit characters and have two people ride infront of the peloton wearing the costumes. Dopage Virenque dogged the press so much in the past - so he's a cert for playing Grommit and Hinault has a "grin" that makes him a natural for Wallace...

I'm bored.
