ptap torque calibration test

Using (weight in lbs) X (crank length) X (1 in./25.4mm) X (cog teeth/chainring teeth) my torque came up 4% off. Is that an accepatable tolerance? And would that translate directly to a 4% difference in watts? I used 50lbs exactly on 172.5 cranks in a 39/12 gear and my torque showed 100 but the calculation suggests 104.
