Hi, the pushlock feature is supossed to completely block the suspension fork, so the bike becomes a fully hard bike, right? I've been testing some bikes with this feature, and in some the feature doesnt block the bike, there is a bit of difference when the feature is on and off, but it still bounces, even when is supossed to be on.

It depends on the internal design of the fork. Most, if not all forks, have a rubber pad somewhere inside to prevent the fork ending up banging metal-on-metal if it goes to full compression. So when you activate the lockout, you still have this final damper to soak up some movement. Still, that's only good for something like 15mm worth of travel which is a small fraction of the overall travel you would have had otherwise.
