  1. I am looking at buying either Shimano R600 or 7800. I was
all set to buy the r600's because I really didn't see
anything to justify the price difference. Well now I am
being told that the 7800 have a better Q factor than the r
600's and with my knee problems they are the way to go. Does
anybody know if this true? That the 7800's do have a better
    Q factor. Thanks

Well, "better" is pretty subjective. Some people prefer a
narrower Q factor and some prefer a wider Q factor.
