not sure how many people are using cycling peaks the same way i am , i have just compared my 3 months q1(janfebmar) from last year to this year and here are the results
km -108
hrs -3
IF -9% (-3)
TSS 8% (+258)
KJ 2% (812)
although this is large sample-grouped over a 13 week period this tells me that my training was very similar to previous year with a bit more intensity as kj &TSS rose yet hours and mileage dropped which was related the the drop in IF , 812kj is approx = my FTKJ from last year.
my standard 17week training plan was tweaked a bit from last year so i will compare the next 4 weeks at aprils end and analyse somemore pretty darn cool to see all this data
