Well, Winter is finally here in NY. Pretty much spent the whole week riding indoor. Generally I spend about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours on it. IF is usually 85% to 87%. I don't burn much more calories than 1500cal per session. Normally I consume at least 2000cal riding outside. The result is that I can actually do a 2 days block which leads to some nice CTL increase. Are my trainer work a qualilty ones?
