If a bicycle fits the definition of a vehicle in Queensland I would say yes.

A bicycle does not fit the definition of a vehicle in Queensland. A vehicle needs to have a motor fuelled by a volatile liquid or gas, or it needs to be drawn by a horse.

I do not know what the implications of this are regarding traffic offences or even cyclists rights.

Someone with bucketloads of money and a taste for "sport" in the courts should try this on....
