I shouldn't think so. There are all sorts of things wrong
with my heart but recently, when there was a report about
the dangers of long term HRT, my GP asked me to stop taking
it. The result was as expected, i.e. horrendous flushes and
sweats. Now I am back on it I can say that with regard to
palpitations and my problem heartbeart there was no
difference when taking HRT or not. If you are havng 'really
weird palpitations' you should see a cardiologist. Diana

Could be but other possible causes should be excluded first.
You should inform your doctor of your symptoms, nonetheless.
