Is it possible to put my 9spd casstete, my road wheel on my tt bike which is 10speed (dura ace derailuer, 105 cranks dura ace shifters

Yes, if your TT bike uses bar end shifters but you'll have to run them in non-indexed friction shifting mode and you'll still want to double check the derailleur stops to make sure you don't shift off into the spokes on the low gear end or into the dropout on the high gear side. But if you run STI style brifters on your TT bike or want to run in full indexed shifting mode then you won't get clean shifts if you try to run a 9 speed cassette on a 10 speed system.

Maybe. The aluminum Shimano 10-speed freehubs have taller splines and accept only 10-speed Shimano cassettes. These came mainly on the pre-built Shimano Dura-Ace and Ultegra wheels from a few years ago but other wheels may have been built with them.

Note: The SL-BS79 model 10-speed bar-end shifters do not have a friction mode.
