Is anyone familiar with this wheelset with a Shimano hub and is it
compatible with 8 and 9speed hubs or only 10 speed?

7800/10s rear hub. All other wheels that were 8s hyperglide
compatible, like all Krysiriums, are shimano 8/9/10 compatible,
