question for Fred

    Hey Fred, I remember you telling you liked dried fruit. Well I bought some dried mango the other
    day, but as usual it doesn't contain any nutritional information. Would you have the caloric and the
    fat content?

    Okay, I have two types here right now ..... Unfortunately, both have serving size by PIECES rather
    than weight. And I have to say, the piece size varies quite a bit but with that.... Oh, wait, I see
    approx gram for serving size, too.

    One is sweetened:

    160 calories 6 pieces (width and length of thumb but thin) or 42 grams ZERO fat 1 gram fiber (less
    than 1 gram protein) 39gram carbo

    The other is just mango:

    120 calories (38 grams) zero fat 2 grams of fiber 2 grams of protein 28 grams carbo

    (but, darn, now I'm eating them!!!!! (G))

    I have, for the moment, regained control. I like both but like the dry nature of the non-sweetened
    ones. More of a "chip" mouth-feel (G)
