I doubt you'll kiss and make up with your detractors here.
They'll continue to try to kick your ass until it's no longer fun,
i.e., until you and your buds ignore them for so long that they'll
think it pointless to continue.

My unsolicited advice is that you forget about all that, ignore the
jibes, and post interesting stuff that has nothing to do with the
subject of trolls or endlessly accusing Williams or Michaels or anyone
else of something or other.

I sincerely doubt whether you have plumbed the depths of the same old
topics. There's always something new to learn about lifting or
anything else.

If you're looking at this NG primarily as a way of socializing (which
I must say is difficult for me to grasp), I'd suggest you find ways to
bond with people other than your ancient enemies. And please do so on
some other basis than uniting in your opposition to them.

Talk lifting, politics, guns, women, dogs, or anything else. Insult
people if you like while doing so, but please, for my sake, do so in
an entertaining way and, above all, try not to make insulting or
responding to insults the _main_ focus of your life's work here.

there in the middle of it".

I'm not a martial artist. I suggest going to Tsatsouline's forum to
discuss tension kata.

FWIW, I found an interesting reference to tension kata at
http://www.msisshinryu.com/glossary/

"Chinkuchi can be applied to the entire body as with the practice of
dynamic tension kata such as Sanchin, or learned to be applied into
individual parts of the body. It is a mental and physical process
which is learned in stages and degrees and can be applied with
weapons."

You might want to check out Tsatsouline's book Power To The People
http://www.olusa.com/books/pavel/ptp-toc.htm
Here's a reference to Sanchin in the Hyperirradiation chapter -
"How Japanese sanchin techniques can add power and stability to your
training"

You might also be interested in his book Naked Warrior
http://www.dragondoor.com/b28.html

Here's one guy's opinion -

Definitely Pavel's best (Naked Warrior) in my opinion. This book gives
you techniques for developing strength and increasing power that
carries over to any type of resistence training. I particulatly like
his synthesis of martial arts power generation techniques. I have been
practicing Sanchin for 25 years and this book has improved my practice
and its carry over to other types of training. I have always tried to
apply my Sanchin to strength training. Power to the People(Pavel's
second best book in my opinion) helped in this aspect but Naked
Warrior takes it to the next level and beyond. My preferred training
tool is definitely the kettlebell. Currently GTG'ing pistols, one arm
pushups and snatches.

Again, I can't discuss this stuff. Go to
http://forum.dragondoor.com/training/

Pavel may be the best Internet exercise MLM of all time. He's got
quite the operation going and I'm sure he's making a good living doing
it. But, it's mostly hype.

I mean no disrespect when I invite you to go to the DD forum and
present your position. If you do, please let us know your board name
so we can follow the discussion.

Not to worry. It's safe over there. Here, on the other hand, you
might not want to pick up the soap.

Go on. Introduce yourself at DD.

That's the biggest hardon I've had in years...

The X-trace header for [email protected]
(8 lines) 3/21/06 does not end with this string -
fagklmibllijll

It ends with this string -

Thank you. I hadn't noticed the change. It appears to have begun on
March 6th, and it's been consistent since then. I have updated my web
page.

In reality, I usually just look for "Forte Free Agent 3.2/32.830" and
ignore it on that basis. He's a deadbeat, and I doubt he'll pay for a
full version of Agent. By the same token, I don't intend to pay for
an update of my Agent 1.91 until they add a utility for post-download
filtering that trashes messages based on *any* header, including
X-Trace strings. I sent in the suggestion and explained why it would
be beneficial, but they haven't taken any action on it. I know they
already have the underlying capability to do that because I can *find*
individual posts on that same basis using the "Global Search" utility.
Once they add that utility, I'll gladly pay the twenty bucks to
upgrade.
