I've always felt that the brakes on my Legnano have some kind of problem that's why I feel the strong fibrations of the braking when I brake. I've read the same discription about this brand elsewhere. Do you have the same?

Brake calipers are generally supplied by third-party parts suppliers. If your Legnano has its original brakes, they were probably made by Universal.
Vibration under braking can have several causes, including an uneven or dirty braking surface on the rim, brake pads that haven't worn in correctly, or an oscillation caused by a loose brake mounting bolt or loose pivots. So, make sure your rims are clean and true, replace badly worn pads, and snug down loose bolts. But make sure the arms still pivot freely. If the vibration persists, toe the pads in at the front by gently bending the mounting tabs for the pads.
