  1. I'm just generally wondering.. I'm about 5'8" and pretty skinny. what's a vague idea of how big a frame I would want, and what are the general advantages/disadvantages of having a frame a little too big or a little too small?

I've had a bike for a while and I am slightly suspicious it isn't quite the ideal size but am not sure, and I've found several articles online about bike fitting but they all go rather in depth and just leave me confused

  2. colorado cyclist has a good primer on their website. this will provide the basics.
