Do you get the pedal attachments for your shoes when you buy a new set of pedals (i.e - Time, Speedplay, etc.)? I honestly don't know as i bought my specialized shoes with my bike and wasnt' sure what came with what. The reason is im selling my bike and need to know if i should unscrew the attachments from the shoes (keeping the shoes). Im getting a road bike with Time pedals and im assuming the bike comes with attachments for the shoes which i can just screw into the specialized shoes.

Keep the shoes and cleats. Nobody wants them

Are you going from Look to Time? It's likely you'll need adaptor plates

Many people will keep the pedals from their bike when they sell, but it seems that you are changing brands and won't be needing your old pedals any more. My advice would be to offer the cleats to the buyer to get them started, or just throw them, it isn't necessary to supply cleats with a second hand bike (which i think was your original question) (BTW the cleats usually go with the pedals not the shoes, but shops often throw in a pair of cleats for free with a new pair of shoes). It is also likely that you will need adapters for your time cleats on specialised shoes as they wont have the required holes in the sole. You will need to talk to the shop about this.
