Hello, Is it ok to take "Mega-T" (Weight Loss Pill) and "One a Day-Energy" (Supplement) at the same time or in the same day? I'm also taking Nexium[40mg] (for hart burn).

Is is safe to take all three in the same day or at the same time??

It is always best to ask a medical professional about the effects of mixing different medications, whether over the counter or prescribed. Chances are that a weight loss supplement and a multi-vitamin won't create anything serious when paired together, but a doctor will know for sure instead of taking a chance on it.

Nope - never took a supplement in my life. I do know better than to seek pill-popping advice from Tom, D1ck, or Harry out here in the webville...good luck...

That question is best answered by a doctor, which rules me out...
