i see plenty of threadless stem shims to use a 1-1/8" steerer clamp stem on
a 1" steerer. how about a shim to use a 1" quill in a 1-1/8" steerer. a
quick google turns up some old links, and a couple UK links.
anyone got a USA source? ever use one? it would be for a commuter bike, so
we're not talking about a need for massive strength.
