Primarily steep seat angle tri-bikes. Company founded by tri-bike pioneer Dan Empfield who really advanced the idea of a bike frame built around an aero position. The company is now owned by the same company that owns Litespeed. They are generally decent quality and I think that they are a pretty good value for the money in the lower price range models. At the high end, they are pretty pricey. Hard to say how much you should pay for one, particularly a used one.

Seems that Cervelo is all the rage now in Triathlon/TT specific frames so QR might be a bit of a bargain. If that is the type of bike you want, also take a look at Guru, another Canadian brand that is less well known than Cervelo but makes nice Tri/TT frames.
