Hi! I'm enjoying the great Pacific NW as a 56 yo mother of four. Over the last 4 years I've started to compete in sprint tris. It is really exciting because I've won 7 out of 10 in my age group! I love it. However recently my lateral r knee has sharp pain directly under the skin when I kneel and lean to the left side. I have not changed anything in my exercise program at all. Ride about 75 mile a week and run 12 miles a week. Does not hurt when I exercise so I still want to ride and run. At a loss as to what is happening? Help! Thx!
