We are having a velodrome race day at Encino Velodrome on Sunday, October
25. This is a big HPV weekend for Los Angeles, since Bill Gaines is also hosting Human Powered Boat
Racing at the Long Beach Marine Stadium on Saturday, October 24.
I'll have another message later about race details, but I wanted to let you know so you can mark it
