has anyone heard of RACV's bike Assist product/service? If so what has been your impressions>?

It is a basic service to repair flats, or get you in a cab if the bike is unridable...RACV are looking at some extra capability but detail is lacking on what they aim to add or deliver....

...Its $15pa or included if you have RACV Total Care membership ($166pa):-

When you need Bike Assist, simply call 1800 136 388.

Benefits

Single membership includes:

• up to 4 service calls per subscription year
• a taxi fare to the value of $50 per call if RACV can't get your bike back on the road.

Family membership
(two adults and two children under 21) includes:

• up to 4 service calls per subscription year
• one or two taxis as required to a total value of $100 per call to get your family home if RACV can't get your bikes back on the road.
