RAFL week 5 - Prairie Roots

  1. My current weight: 163.6 lbs
    Weight change since my last recorded weight: 0.0 lbs
    Total weight change to date: -68.4 lbs

    A respectable maintain. I expected a gain despite having 19 unused flex points and exercising 5
    times. That's just the way some weeks and WIs go. I'm grateful not to have gained. And there's
    always next week.

    At least I'm not under Fred.

    oh you made me laugh, and neither am I this week. At the meeting I was
    159.5, so that was better than my average of 160 this past week. I am on my way back to 157.5.

    Congrats on the fine maintain, you are owed one next week.

  10. Glad you got a chuckle. Figured you could use one this week what with your cold and the (illness-
    related) change in your mother's cognitive abilities.

    My hospice patient died last Saturday. My Friday evenings are open once again. But her
    daughter/primary caregiver now has to move on to a new phase of her own life. I've not been
    where you are, but I've seen it. I agree with Fred: you're a saint, even when you aren't holding
    your tongue.
