    Hi everyone:

    I had a great week!! I stayed on program and I only ate my points plus 5 flex points! I exercised 6
    times!! Drank all my water!! Unfortunately the scale didn't agree with me and I gained a pound :-(.
    Oh well, I'll have better luck next week!!

    I fear that I will follow your lead UPWARD. WI follows in about an hour but the scale at home showed
    up since yesterday morning!

  3. Ouch!! That hurt! Sorry about the gain, but hopefully the scale will show a great loss this week.

  11. That's happened to me before too. I've also had losses after a week of no exercise and eating all my
    flex points plus a few more. Sometimes you just gotta laugh it off, especially when you KNOW you've
    been OP. I bet you'll be rewarded with a whoosh next time.
