Hi everyone:

I had a great week!! I stayed on program and I only ate my points plus 5 flex points! I exercised 6
times!! Drank all my water!! Unfortunately the scale didn't agree with me and I gained a pound :-(.
Oh well, I'll have better luck next week!!

up since yesterday morning!

Ouch!! That hurt! Sorry about the gain, but hopefully the scale will show a great loss this week.

That's happened to me before too. I've also had losses after a week of no exercise and eating all my
flex points plus a few more. Sometimes you just gotta laugh it off, especially when you KNOW you've
been OP. I bet you'll be rewarded with a whoosh next time.
