RANS customer service - another positive experience

    Hey everyone :) I want to give a shout-out to RANS customer service, and specifically Dave Brull,
    for their assistance. The lower part of the rear seat post on my Vivo broke off. When I emailed RANS
    about the problem, Dave replied the same day, and a replacement was on its way to me the next day.
    That's service :)
