Chicken is finally back  Its hard to disagree with the point he makes regarding the favorable treatment other riders received.

To an extent Ras dug his own grave - but he does have a point. The guys who are actually proven to have doped often get treated better than those who are assumed to have.

I'd like to see him back in the Tour - if only to give the guys like Basso, Vino, Ricco etc etc hell in the high mountains.

Agree with you, it's better to have 8 EPO samples than to hide from vampir.

He finished eigth in the Tour San Luis. I would like to see him in the mountains against Contador and Schleck.
By his own admission, Rasmussen wasn't in shape for the Tour San Luis and I wonder if he can regain the form that he had in the past.
Anyway, fat chance as I believe he has been blackballed by the PRO TOUR.

I agree it would be interesting to see Ras race Contador in the mountains.

Their duel on Plateau de Beille (if I remember well) in 2007 Tour was unreal. They were attacking each other for several kilometers, like they were sprinting for the finish line.
The only problem with that performance is how big contribution on it had advanced supplementation. But that's problem with every performance.
I'm not sure if Ras can achieve that level of form anymore. Contador certainly can.
